This tastefully decorated apartment, located on Ingorokva street, right behind the historic parliament building, is one of our favorite projects we’ve been working on.

The apartment is 55 sq.m and, relative to its small size, is one of the best-performing 2 bedroom apartments on Airbnb in Georgia. This captivating contrast between vintage exteriors and modern interiors truly makes this place a one-of-a-kind living experience.

From the initial stages, it was evident that the apartment was in dire need of rejuvenation. However, through our collaboration with talented partner designers, we achieved a stunning transformation while adhering to a minimal budget of just $17,000. The photos speak for themselves, showcasing the remarkable before-and-after journey of this remarkable space.

The Ingorokva Street apartment is a true showcase of our commitment to enhancing properties and maximizing their potential.  Charming old building that gives entry to a full two-bedroom, two bath apartment. Fully equipped with kitchen, A/C and washing machine. Fully renovated but retaining the charm of exposed brick in parts of the apartment, beautiful old painting in the very high ceiling. Second bedroom and bathroom located in a mezzanine up a staircase. Spacious living room with dining table, couch and few chairs, big coffee table, flat screen TV and beautiful plants.
