While being located near the centre of Tbilisi, the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet as the main cathedral of the Georgian Orthodox Church ”Holy Trinity Cathedral” is just across the building.

In 2018, at the time of sale there were only 50 reviews for all three of the apartments, since then we have generated 497 positive reviews and have held a Superhost status on the Airbnb account since May of 2018.

After the sale, Meskhishvili apartments not only exceeded rental expectations, but have increased in value by quite a large margin. Project was sold for but $445,000 near the end of 2018 and in just 3 years it has been evaluated at $522,000, an increase of over 17% in total value.

The location of the apartment is the old part of city which is served by almost all deliveries. It located near the landmark, so you always know where you stopped, and if you forget, local taxi drivers will drive you without any problems. Would like to emphasize, there are all necessary for tourists, so you won’t need to buy something extra. The owner is a great person who answers quickly and to solve any issues as soon as possible.

We absolutely loved the apartment, and will probably book it again next time we are in Tbilisi. The views from the balcony are stunning (of the entire city), the Holy Trinity Cathedral is super close, within walking distance. Only a 15+ minutes short walk from the centre of town, with wine shops and supermarkets around the corner. The place itself is super stylish, and has everything one would want out of a home away from home. Highly recommended.

This place was awesome. I loved here, and have booked many Airbnb’s for myself and guests, and I will definitely be booking this again. It was in a great location, near a metro and the Trinity Cathedral. It was spotless, and very well decorated. The terrace was awesome. Honestly I could go on and on. Check was easy, and flexible, and Tamaz always got back super fast!
